Hi, it’s Ava! Today's frequently asked questions is…

“I’m purchasing a gift for someone. Will they be able to return or exchange the item if they do not like it or it does not fit?”

Well, who doesn’t love Jenni K. Jewelry? We’re sure they will love anything you buy. However, they can return or exchange the item.  Our store policy states:

“No refunds of any type will be given.  Exchanges and store credits are permitted on unworn jewelry within 30 days with the receipt only.  All Half-Price sales are FINAL with NO exceptions.”

We can re-size items or redesign items to fit your needs. For example, we can turn earrings into pendants or bracelets into necklaces. We want you to love all your Jenni K. jewelry. Stop by the store or give us a call at 252-355-6714. We’re here to help!
